The brand name Pompyz has its origins in the French word “Pompe”, a low-cut shoe with a small heel (a pump) — and furthermore refers to my family name.

Pompyz stands for craft, art and identity in a single object. Handmade, bespoke shoes in which form, material and personality come together. Shoes that are more than just a utility item: objects in which care, time and character become visible.

For some designs I work with Faux Leather, hand-painted leather, making each pair a unique object of art.
